CS Tanuja Jagadeesh Prasad is a Qualified Company Secretary having completed her graduation in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Member of Institute of Company secretaries of India (ICSI), with an intention to provide the secretarial and legal services to the corporates under single roof of Tanuja J and Associates. She has an experience of 14 years in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Corporate and Finance matters. A firm believer in smart-work and being competent in the market.

Tanuja J is a smart worker and a firm believer of being competitive in market. Her core area of interest being "The Law" has made her own practice in order to explore, in field of legal issues and its compliance.

She did her Articleship of Chartered Accountancy course in M/s Dhariwal and Sreenivas, being one of the reputed firms in Bengaluru. She has a work experience of 3.5 years at Singhvi, Dev and Unni in the field of Indirect Taxation.

She has authored a self-help book by the name "4 DIMENSIONS TO BECOME A NEW YOU", A Better Version For Now and Forever; listed on Amazon, Flipkart and Clever Store.

She has worked for clients of large manufacturing sector, service industries and construction companies. She did her Articleship of Company Secretary with M/s Vinayak Bhat and Associates, Bengaluru.
